Repairs and Warranty

A one-year repair warranty is included from the date of purchase. Please keep the warranty card, which includes the shipping date, enclosed with your product. For repairs within one year, we will cover the shipping costs. The warranty covers issues such as frayed stitching, broken buttons or rivets, and broken zippers. Please note that changes to the leather itself are not covered by the warranty. For repairs after one year, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Repair fees vary depending on the nature of the repair, so please apply via the inquiry form.
