How long does it take for the product to arrive after ordering?

Generally, all products are manufactured after an order is placed, so delivery times vary by product. The specific delivery date will be communicated via email after your order is placed. Depending on the product, delivery can be as early as the day after the order is placed, or up to a maximum of one week.

Regarding shipping costs?

Free shipping nationwide for purchases over ¥10,000 (tax included). For purchases under ¥10,000, shipping is ¥650.

Could you tell me about repairs and warranties?

A one-year repair warranty is included from the date of purchase. Please keep the warranty certificate, which includes the shipping date, enclosed with the product. For repairs within one year, we will cover the shipping costs. The warranty covers issues such as frayed threads, broken buttons or snaps, and broken zippers. Please note that deterioration of the leather itself is not covered by the warranty. For repairs after one year, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Repair costs vary depending on the nature of the repair, so please inquire via email.

Where are your products manufactured?

All Leny products are manufactured in workshops within Japan.

Could you tell me about leather maintenance?

The leather contains oil shortly after purchase, but it will gradually dry out. Therefore, depending on how it's used, we recommend regularly applying commercially available mink oil for leather every 3 to 6 months. This will prevent drying and cracking of the leather, making it last longer.

Returns and Exchanges?

If the item's appearance or size differs from what you expected, we will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Please note that the shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to customer preference will be borne by the customer. If you wish to proceed, please inform us via the inquiry form. In the event of product defects or malfunctions, shipping costs will be borne by the store. Even in such cases, we kindly ask that you contact us via the inquiry form and then send the item back using cash on delivery.

Are there any sale periods?

There are no plans for any future sales.

Will a detailed statement of purchase be included?

The purchase statement with the amount will not be included with the delivered product. We appreciate your understanding. Please refer to the order confirmation email and the accompanying receipt as your delivery note.

Our products are manufactured both domestically and internationally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality products at reasonable prices.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items ordered. You can always check the shipping costs before making a purchase.
